He has delivered numerous workshops and presentations throughout the world detailing the technology, financial, and business benefits of Operationsl Excellence, Business and Reliability Driven Asset Optimization, Profit-Centered Maintenance, condition assessment and condition based mainetenance for organizations committed to improving the productivity, utilization and effectiveness of physical plant and equipment assets.

| EIA's Outlook for Liquid Fuels and Natural Gas to 2035 Mr. Schaal is the Director of the Energy Information Administration's Oil and Gas Division. His primary focus is on producing the oil and natural gas and biofuels projections for EIA's Annual Energy Outlook. Mr. Schaal's prior experience includes working as a professional engineer with Bechtel Corporation of San Francsico where he was involved in economic analysis, engineering, construction, and operations of first-of-a-kind facilities, and as a consultant with Energy Ventures Analysis, Inc. advising clients on natural gas and power sector issues. Mr. Schaal received his B.S. in electrical engineering from the California State University in 1986, and his Masters degree in Mineral Economics from The Pennsylvania State University in 1995.

| Using Safety to Drive Improved Performance Deborah Grubbe has over 30 years experience in the process industries, primarily in engineering, operations and safety roles. Her unique blend of technical knowledge, when combined with her communications skills, enables her to quickly analyze complex organizational issues and to offer potential solutions. This skill has been honed and practiced with the Columbia Shuttle Accident Investigation Board, where Deborah served as an expert consultant in safety culture. She is continuing to work with NASA as a member of its Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel.
